By registering for an account or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Description of service

MoneyFlow is a personal financial management platform that allows you to:

• Upload and import bank statements in PDF and CSV formats
• View categorized transaction history and spending analytics
• Detect and track recurring payments and income
• Set and monitor personal financial goals
• Receive AI-powered insights about your financial patterns

MoneyFlow is a financial information tool only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or banking services. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Account registration and security

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@moneyflowinc.com

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their explicit consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use MoneyFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Upload bank statements or financial data that you are not authorized to access or process
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Your financial data

You retain full ownership of all financial data you upload to MoneyFlow. By uploading data, you grant MoneyFlow a limited license to process, store, and analyze that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any bank statements or financial documents you submit to the Service, and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. AI-powered features

MoneyFlow uses artificial intelligence to categorize transactions and generate insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated categorizations and insights may not always be accurate
• You should verify important financial information independently
• AI analysis does not constitute professional financial advice
• Transaction descriptions may be sent to third-party AI providers in anonymized form for processing

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using MoneyFlow, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

MoneyFlow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Financial data shown in the Service is derived from documents you upload and may contain errors or omissions from the source documents.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MoneyFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoneyFlow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@moneyflowinc.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Columbus, Ohio.
